Got a small 201 Classic Beidge sample from magazine.

This range has 10 shades that are suitable for fair to medium-fair skin. Nothing for blacks (no offense) or tanned.

It claims to be:

Powerful Time Reverse Complex with peptides and ceramides helps lift and regenerate skin. SPF15 and natural minerals protect the skin. Even, flawless coverage. Look up to 8 years younger in just 12 days.

Haha. I wouldn’t know that (look up to 8yrs younger in 12 days) because the sample is only 1.5ml and I’ve only used it once. I wouldn’t believe the hype!

Rimmel’s 1 of the companies that still uses Kate Moss as the model even though she was into drugs. Is still on drugs? There are other models in London but somehow Kate still grabs a lot of contracts. As Rimmel targets teenagers, it’s indeed sending the wrong message if Kate gets caught again. Wear Rimmel, be a drug addict, be beautiful. Hah.

Don’t get me wrong. I like Kate Moss, her face, her body. She represents waif girls who can be beautiful, not only voluptous or toned girls can be that.

View the ad here. It has Kate ripping off her knee length skirt and getting attention from a young driver (uh).

It’s thick & gooey. Ick. Feels slapping thick foundation onto face. Definately not what I want. If you like to look like you’ve put on lots of foundation or maybe need it for photoshoot or to a Halloween party, this could be the foundation you are looking for!

The claim of making you look younger 8 years in a few days? That’s utterly bullshit. Not even surgeries would claim that in such short duration. I suppose Rimmel is hoping the thick foundation will cover wrinkles, hence, the wearer looking younger by years.

Does natural minerals actually protect the skin? Again, Rimmel is jumping the “natural” & “mineral” hype now. What is natural may not be beneficial to skin. In fact, there are a lot of natural toxic in plants.

The good thing is it covers well and is moisturizing.

Rimmel is a great line. It is priced reasonably. It goes on smoothly and comes in realistic natural shades of beige and tan. I WOULD SAY IT CONCEALS WRINKLING NICELY as well.
